Our Story

Fusion Eats is the expansion of Fusion Taco.  We are the story of two cuisines and cultures coming together to create something special. We combine combine South American and Pan-Asian ingredients to create dishes that are both delicious and nutritious. We started as Fusion Taco, a food truck that quickly gained a loyal following in Houston, Texas. Now, we've expanded to brick-and-mortar locations where we continue  serving fresh, healthy, and affordable food & cocktails.

Our fresh clean approach to food and relaxed inviting atmosphere and vibe appeals to the young, old, locals, and tourists alike. Our mission and culture above all else is putting the guest first.  We believe in building long term relationships in the community.
